Thus, Studio Legale Sutti today actively recruits fee-earners with other qualifications, such as:
- patent attorneys or patent liaison agents, with technical backgrounds (to become part of our Patent & Trademark Agency Services);
- commercialisti (i.e., an Italian flavour of tax advisors / accountants / auditors), Steuerberater and business consultants (to become part of our Company-Commercial Law Dept. or our Tax Dept.);
- IT specialists (to become part of our IT Group).

Of course, fee earners need efficient support staff in order to be productive. Our support staff is composed of employees (secretarial assistants, etc.) and of clerks, the latter being entrusted with specific responsibilities and having direct contacts with clients and suppliers for all matters related to their individual roles (accounting, communications, security, public relations, maintenance,...). We are even more careful when selecting members of staff than we are with lawyers. Once hired, the Firm does its best to have them develop their skills, and finance their possible participation in continuing education programmes.
