The office of Studio Legale Sutti for the Bergamo and Brescia area. the Firm's first local address, was personally established by Angelo Sutti in 1953 in Trescore Balneario, Val Cavallina, a small town conveniently located between the two provinces, close to an old family country house, in Borgo di Terzo,  where as a high school student he spent part of the Second World War, and most of his vacations in previous and subsequent years.

His well-established connections in the area made it then a natural choice for Angelo Sutti, newly admitted to the Bar, to divide his time between the main practice in Milan and an intense activity in local courts which was later shared by his associates and partners and continued until his death.

The mission of SLS's office in Trescore, which is not permanently staffed. is that of offering to clients based in the region a prompt and comfortable point of contact. While the same are nowadays more often visited in their own places of business, its existence makes Studio Legale Sutti - according to an article published by L'Eco di Bergamo, the main local newspaper, on 2 February 2000 - the only large law firm enjoying a direct presence on site.

Among local events to which SLS members where invited as speakers, it is worth mentioning the seminar on "Privacy, Treatment of Personal Data  and Employer's Liability: Forbidden  or Obligatory Snooping?" held in Brescia by Associazione Industriale Bresciana on 03/05/2001, and reported by Brescia Oggi 08/05/2001 ("Un incontro in Aib per fare il punto su un tema importante e controverso: il controllo dentro la fabbrica").
